Golf – Reagan Folk

I started playing tournament golf when I was 8 years old and am now in my 10th year as a junior tournament player. Cuscowilla is my home course and where I’ve been coached by my dad since I swung my first club. Right now, my focus is gaining distance and speed, less putts, and hitting more greens in regulation.

2023 SJGT Tournament of Champions Girls Champion (70-76 +2)
Sweet 16 finalist at the 2023 Women’s Western Junior.
Qualified for the 2022 Notah Begay III National Championship (71-74 +1). Finished 16th [16-18] (39 players), 32nd Overall [14-18] (80 players).
Runner-up finish as a Sophomore at the 2022 GHSA AAA State Championship (75-73) and was selected for the 2022 All-State Team by the Georgia High School Golf Coaches Association.
I finished 5th as a Freshman in the 2021 GHSA AAA State Championship (79-77) and was selected for the 2021 All-State Team
In July 2021, I was highlighted in Lake Country Sports magazine for my Freshman season performance: Stellar Freshman Season for MOCO Golfer Folk
In July 2020, I was the feature story in Lake Country Sports magazine, highlighting my achievements as a dual sport athlete: Double Duty: The Multi-talented Reagan Folk
I played middle school golf my 6th and 7th grade years, and I have played on the high school team since 8th grade.

One round of golf doesn’t define who I am as a person. It’s how I respond that defines who I am.
